    Problems with Windows 2004 update


    Since the Windows 2004 update, I can't toggle the calendar on the taskbar, I can't display or change networks with the taskbar icon and Network Sharing won't show available networks so I can't change them, and the speaker icon won't show the volume or allow me to change it, I have to go into System devices to fix that. I've already tried turning the icons off and on with restarting between them, and that doesn't work. Is there going to be a update to fix those problems, or am I stuck? I have problems with not being able to change the networks, it's caused me to miss two Zoom meetings already.

    Good luck with the other user’s suggestion.

    My go-to list when updating to a new version of Windows is:

    Disconnect all external USB devices apart from mouse & keyboard.

    Turn off/disable third party antivirus.

    Change desktop theme to default.

    Change screensaver to None.

    Set sleep to off.

    Doing this I’ve never had problems.

    With 2004 I’m discovering the problem is with Malwarebytes & not my pc/Windows.
