Windows 10: Problems with windows

Hi

I have problems after wondows reinstalation. Here are some of them:

1. I have GTX 1060 which doesn't appear in task manager, device manager and I can't open Nvidia control panel with right clik on desktop. NVIDIA GeForce Experience app is working fine and the drivers are up to date.

2. When moving opened applications around in desttop, it looks like I've turned off Vsync but not in a game.

3. I want to turn off NTFS ccompression but since I'm using Windows 10 Home, I don't have Group Policy Editor and I've tried downloading it (https://www.itechtics.com/enable-gpedit-windows-10-home/) and it didn't work.

4. After the windows reinstalation I have downloaded only a few apps and my pc is already working realy slow. Sometimes It takes 10sec just for the setings app to load and 2min for desktop to load after i sign in. In task manager the Intel core i7 7700k is used bellow 10%, using 4gb of 16gb memory, and the ssd is bellow 10% as well.

5. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG and the internet in all apps is realy slow (in task manager the Ethernet usage is high. It wasn't like that before the Windows reinstalation)

6. Windows Defender is not opening.


I've downloaded and updated: Intel drivers, Nvidia drivers, BIOS/UEFI, Windows 10 Home 1709 (I have more problems with 1803 and 1809. I had no problems with 1709 before the Windows reinstalation). I was using Windows 10 Pro before the reinstalation.

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
