Windows 10: Problems with Windows

So, I've recently had some problems with windows and due to that, I had to reset it a few times. Everyime i reset it, a different problem occurs and this time it is my keyboard and sound.

Firstly, the thing that bugs me the least: My keyboard is set to German in the settings, which is good because I'm German, but it still has an English layout. It is QUERTY instead of QUERTZ. I ONLY have the German keyboard installed and that's why it's so weird!

Secondly, my sound doesn't work. It says "The audio service is not running" and whenever I try to start "Windows-Audio" it says "windows audio service could not start on local computer".

I deinstalled my audio devices in the device manager, checked for new updates and updated windows.

The thing i find really weird about that is that it won't show me my audio devices anywhere but in device manager, whenever i go to "sounds" it says no device is installed...

I am thinking of buying a new Windows Key because I'm really sick of all the problems I am having with Windows. Do you think that would even help?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
