Discus and support process name "TCP/IP" is eating up all my gpu resources which is leading to overheating of... in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; it is located in system 32 named as "TCPSVCS.EXE". i tried running an antivirus also microsoft safety sanner but it didnt help.when i manually end the...     it is located in system 32 named as "TCPSVCS.EXE". i tried running an antivirus also microsoft safety sanner but it didnt help.when i manually end the process from task manager my gpu usage decreases and my laptop cools down.i have omen 16 3050ti with ryzen 7 processor running windows 10.

  2. Runtime Broker constantly eating up resources and thus resulting overheating and increased fan speed

    After installing the upgrade of Windows 10 i noticed that the process named "Runtime Broker" is constantly running and constantly eating up my CPU Cycles and other resources.

    This process is eating nearly 30 % of my CPU Cycles thus resulting in overheating and increased fan speed.

    Kindly provide me with the solution to this issue.

    • Press Windows + X, select Control panel.

    • Select Devices and Printer.

    • Then click on "Add a printer" then choose printer wasn't listed then "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or host name.

    TCP/IP are corrupted and needed to be reset or reconfigure. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting and check if there are any changes:

    Reset TCP/IP

    To do this, follow these steps:


    • Run
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Run
      this command:

      • netsh int ip reset
        and hit
        Enter.

    Exit
    Command Prompt
    and
    monitor your network connection.

    Reconfigure TCP/IP

    To do this, follow these steps:


    • Run
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Run
      these following commands:

      • netsh int tcp set heuristics
        disabled

      • netsh int tcp
        set global autotuninglevel=disabled

      • netsh int tcp set global
        rss=enabled
