Windows 10: PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED blue screen error

So, I got a gaming laptop like... 12 days ago and it's worked wicked great! Until yesterday when I opened it and I got an error that said the OS didnt shut down correctly, which was weird, but my laptop started auto repair so I thought "Okay, whatever" after it was done it said there was an issue starting and had to restart, I let it. Then I got a blue screen that said "PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED" and it kept looping like this over and over. I've done everything I could find on the support site the QR code sent me to, chkdsk scans like crazy, del bootcat.cache, which it said wasnt found, I reset my computer and then it says "there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I'm pretty computer stupid but I'm at the point where I have 0 idea what to do or how to fix this.

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
