Apologies for the late response. We're glad that the issue with the blue screen error has already been resolved. However, we understand that your concern right now is that you need to have Symantec Procomm Plus 4.8 or a similar terminal emulator. We suggest
that you contact your software developer to check which application is compatible with your Windows 10 system to avoid the same issue from happening again in the future.

Symantec Procomm Plus

I've uninstalled Procomm Plus and everything is fine, but I need to have Procomm or a similar terminal emulator to access "my" Nortel PBX's remotely. Normally, I can RDP into my desktop, but from time to time during thunderstorms, I lose power and connectivity
to my ISP and can still access my systems remotely using a Qwest/CenturyLink landline. I still have my old laptop (Vista) with an internal modem, but I'd like to retire it.
