Windows 10: Product Key in Microsoft Order History

Hello,I purchased Windows 10 Home from Microsoft awhile back and I used to be able to access the product key from order history. However, when I log into my order history all it tells me is how I payed for it. Should I be looking in a different place now? I need the product key for a fresh Windows 11 install.Thanks in advance,Lee

Product Key not on Order Page

I ordered an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro recently. The upgrade occurred automagically, but I now have no product key. I spent some time and went to my account, finding the order and selecting it. Microsoft support under "Product Key" says to

Go to Order history, find ,
and then select Product key/Install

I looked at the order summary and detail on Order History. There was no Product Key. Much appreciate some help.

Go to http://microsofthup.com.

Select the Order History link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Enter the work email address that you used to buy Office. This will send an email to yourself that contains a link to your order history.

In the email you receive, select the link to view your order history.

On the Order History web page, select your order number.

Your product key is listed under Microsoft Office Product Key (FPP) on the Order Details web page.

If there is no product key listed, or there is no Install button, your Microsoft HUP program code has expired. Please contact your Benefit Administrator to determine if the program code has been updated or if your employer is still eligible for Microsoft HUP.
After you have confirmed your eligibility, you can contact support for assistance.

You should have received a confirmation email with a direct link to download Office 2016 Pro Plus. If you did not, here are the steps to download and install it.

Go to http://microsofthup.com.

Select the Order History link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

In the email you receive, select the link to view your order history.
