Windows 10: Product key will not work on new computer after uninstalling on old computer

I purchased a personal use Windows for my Mac. My Mac was a little older and didn't work well with the IOS and PC partition. I uninstalled Windows and the Virtual Machine. I have now purchased a new Mac and when installing Windows it says that my product key does not work and to enter another one or purchase a new one. How can I resolve this issue? I have read all of the help articles on Microsoft and watched several YouTube videos. I need to chat with a Microsoft rep to help resolve this issue. When I called the customer service number I was directed to the help website.

Deactivating Product Key on Old Computer to use on New

I recently inquired a new computer that is extremely faster than my old one. (i am using Parallels on Mac's)

I supposedly deactivated the product key on my old computer, (it said that it successfully deactivated). On the new computer, when I enter the product key it says it has already been used on a different computer.

 

Forgot to deactivate old computer's product key before transferring the product key to another computer

The old device is not in use by anybody and unfortunately the edu product key is still installed on it, and the device is not with me.

Is there any way that can remotely transfer the product key to my new computer without accessing the old computer?

Actually I changed my laptop and forgot to deactivate old computer's product key before transferring the product key to my new computer.

However, immediate after installing on new device I deactivated it from the old device. at the moment no product ID is activated on my old laptop.

is there any problem now? what will happen? I am so concern
