Windows 10: product key

i hope someone can help me. i recently bought a rebuilt dell computer and it works great. however i found that the windows 10 that it came with didn't have a product key. so i started googleing to find if i can get one. i got one through amazon from a company called P&O. i went to the link in the email they sent me and installed it. it worked fine for a couple of hours but now i'm seeing the activate windows again in the lower right hand corner of the screen. i clicked on it to activate it but it won't activate even when i put in the product key here is the key they sent me TD2GT-9FN3K-HQPKQ-72RPF-8B47D can you tell me if this is a valid product key or did i waist 36 dollars on it. if it is valid why can't i activate it.

i know the product id but forget the product key

There is still a way to search for your product key. Kindly follow the steps below for you to know your product key:

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (admin)
• Enter the following command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Then hit Enter

The product key will be revealed, copy the product key then enter it.

Steps:

• Press and hold Windows key + R.
• Type ‘slui 3’.
• Enter your old product key and try to change product key
• Use the new product and check if you are able to activate.
