Windows 10: Program crashes on one user but not another.

Hello. I am making this post in a desperate manor. I have a client here using Act! as a program. I sat on their support for 4 hours on 2 separate occasions with no solution to be found. Every time I try to launch and use program, it crashes on me. But, if I use a different profile on the client machine, it works just fine. However the user profile I am on is necessary. I know I have all the permissions I need to use the program, I have no problem connecting to my server, I have tried uninstalling and re installing the program, with the help of their support and got nowhere. Still will not launch on this user. I have this same problem on the only other client computer in the network. I am at a loss here. Any ideas would help. Thank you.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
