Windows 10: Program Tile Won't Delete

Discus and support Program Tile Won't Delete in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Mike your the man, Search Everything did the trick, it found 3 files of the program in c: windows/prefetch so i deleted them and the tile was removed....     Mike your the man, Search Everything did the trick, it found 3 files of the program in c: windows/prefetch so i deleted them and the tile was removed. Cheers, i'll keep this program handy. Thanks everyone else who tried to help.*Smile
