Programms and rightclick on most elements controlled by windows itself take up to 1minute!

    Hello.

My qustion stands already in the titel.

I have a newly installed Windows 10 Professional, 1903 which is legally correct activated.
I also have up to date hardware:
    (Intel I7 7900K, Intel UHD630, Radeon RX Vega, Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master, 1Tb NVME SSD, 32Gb RAM ... )

Right after a normal startup of windows it take forever (up to 1 minute) to get a reaktion after a double click/enter on e.g. irfanview, firefox, libreoffice, games and so on) to start up. Even when i just do a right click on the desktop.

Because this is my working PC, under this circumstances i'm more and more angry that i switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Because my 5 years old PC with a 5 years old windows 7 with way weaker hardware performs way faster than this new one.

I maybe have three hints for you:

    1. I will NOT reinstall my windows 10, because i took me about a week to set every thing up.
    2. I will not run my windows 10 without a firewall.
    3. This problem vanishe if i cut the internet connection.
(Just to let you know, i can game over the internet, i can browes over the internet. I can use the internet fine with this PC. //Wired Network, tethering, Wireless Network. Still my Windows (should not and do not) know i have internet <- i can use the internet fine as said but windows shows in that globe in the bottom right that i would not be connected to the internet .

    4. This problem does not seem to occur when starting Audacity or windows internal tools.

I know a lot about Winows, its Tools and possibilitys and features but THIS problem makes me want to cry.

To be clear, neither the windows startup is slow nor the programms after they finally have started.

I would be realy happy if we can get this workhorse working properly.

Thank you in advance for every hint or suggestion or reaction at all.

    :)

  4. Programms and rightclick on most elements controlled by windows itself take up to 1minute!

    Control Panel uninstall a programme

thanks for taking the time to reply. I have already carried out seraches but they all involve installing additional programmes which I am reluctant to do.

I guess I should have articulated the issue in two parts.

1 yes I want to remove turboyourpc

2 why is the programme not listed (on remove programmes under control panel) when this is the way that it should be removed as with any other software product
