Windows 10: Programms wont start (close after a couple seconds)

    Yea my programms wont start, i cant even reset anything. idk what to do.



    I get no error messages and it happends with almost everything.

    Maybe Runtime or something?

    Windows 10 Store: After recent update, app force closes

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    To assist you better, I would like to know; which all troubleshooting steps you have tried?

    I would suggest you to runshell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Press Windows key + X and select
      Command prompt(Admin)       to open elevated Command prompt.

    • Type the following commands.

      powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

    • Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.

    • Close Command Prompt.

    • Try to start the Windows Store again.

    Windows Store opens for a couple second and then closes.

    I tried all suggestions and still no luck. Even creating a new user account didn't work. Try to open Microsoft store in new account, and it opens for a second and closes.

    A few times the computer crashed and i received the Stop Code: BAD_POOL_CALLER

    Programms wont start (close after a couple seconds)

    Insurgency wont install and run for me....

    I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
    I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

    I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

    First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

    Any ideas?
