Windows 10: Programs stop responding with application hang event 1002

Application HangI'm getting often Application hang 1002 freezes programs and it usually happens when I am gaming on my computer a game called zwift, I found another post about this topic where 'pommy lad' recommended the following 'Click control panel> system> advance system setting> advancetab> settings> advance> change> click custom size> min allowed I set my to 500mb> max allowed I set my up above what is recommended by the computer 7000mb, this is on the bottom of window> restart computer.'These instructions take me to a Virtual Memory settings

Event Viewer ID 1002, Application Hang


I get the following error in Event Viewer

Here's the Technical details for the Microsoft Management Console in the Security and Maintenence control panel.

When I click "Check for a solution", I get the following message...

So I started the Windows Error Reporting Service in services.msc then checked for a solution again only to receive the same message.

In all my searching online for a solution, I read somewhere that hyperthreading being enabled is one of the causes for application hangs.

Please help me.

It seems like I'm finding all kinds of info that seems to be dead ends.

error code 1002 application hang windows 8.1

Hi, I have a lenovo laptop with AMD E1-1500 APU with radeon hd graphics 1.48 GHz. 4Gb ram 64 bit running windows 8.1. Drivers and windows claims to be up to date.

I try to log onto Path of Exile or Starcraft 2 and it goes back to the login screen. I think timed out due to these errors. error 1002 is the most common, I'm listing a few other codes in case they are related. 2486, 5973, 1008, 1000, 8193, 5007, 5005 these
are only from windows application logs; several error codes for system has 7023, 7011, 7032, 7031, 7000 I am starting with error 1002 to start. What is my next step?
