Your administrator has blocked this action. - App or process blocked: OAWrapper.exe

Having lots a problems with opening different apps on my computer like SteelSeries GG, had problems with Rockstar Launcher and ended up in a rabbit hole about problems, I couldn't open protection history for a while until I did a fix (still can't open it sometimes, think it's because of the amount of labels) when I looked in it there's a long list of Services and Apps being blocked, couple labeled "Protected memory access blocked" but most labeled "Protected folder access blocked" and blocking things like

Protected memory access blocked - Your administrator has blocked this action.

wuauclt.exe (in "Protected folder: \Device\HarddiskVolume1) - Blocked by: Controlled folder access

VSSVC.exe (in "Protected folder: \Device\HarddiskVolume1) - Blocked by: Controlled folder access

    Protected folder access blocked

RuntimeBroker.exe (in "Protected folder: %userprofile%\Videos) - Blocked by: Controlled folder access

SocialClubHelper.exe (in "Protected folder: %userprofile%\Documents) - Blocked by: Controlled folder access

    ------

Other things I want to mention

    - Things that have also started to happen to my PC at the same time

    - My SteelSeries GG is in a infinite loading screen - Reddit - Dive into anything

    - I installed Red Dead Online, prompted me to login and said my password was wrong even though it was 100% right - Reddit - Dive into anything

    - I attempted to use "MediaCreationTool22H2.exe" to reinstalled Windows and keep my files, when it gets to the blue screen the update stops at 37%

    App or process blocked: taskhostw.exe

Having run a Defender scan I saw the following message in the protection history:

    Protected memory access blocked

    16/10/2020 10:17

    App or process blocked: taskhostw.exe

Your Administrator has blocked this action.

    Protected folder: \Device\ Cd Rom0

    Blocked by Controlled Folder Access

You can allow aps to access your protected memory, but you should only allow apps that you trust.

I would be grateful if a Microsoft Moderator could advise me as to what this means, as I'm not very technically minded.

    Many thanks.
