Windows 10: Protection Fault on Shared Printer Error "untion address 0xca1d260c caused a protection fault"

Hi Experts,

i am getting Problem when i try to connect windows 7 printer via network Sharing in my windows 10 its showing the error "funtion address 0xca1d260c caused a protection fault".

(Exception Code 0xc0000005).

i am gettin to much difficulties while i try to get some prints please help with this purpose, i shall be oblige.

I can't change my printer preferences on my HP Envy 4511 and keep getting an error message that reads Function address 0x8b963fb8 caused a protection fault (exception code 0xe06d7363) The application properties page may not function properly. My printer
is stuck on monochrome and I'm unable to change to color. This isn't a printer problem because I printed the document from my phone to my printer and it came out full color with no issues. Please any suggestions as to how to fix this.

I have an hp envy 5540 series printer installed on my p c which is working well except for when i want to print from the internet or from my personal photo software it will only print in black & white not colour.When i print from my photo album i get a

I did follow all the steps carefully in the article you referenced but still have the same problem. Something I forgot to mention was the fact that after I get the protection fault error, I get a runtime error and it closes down whatever is open. My
windows version is 1709 os build 16299.192
