Windows 10: "Publisher.exe - Bad Image" error message

Hi. The other day I downloaded an update to a game. Escape from Tarkov if it is relevant Afterwards, my PC bluescreened for a moment and after it restarted I get this error when I open any programs with shortcuts on my desktop, including Escape from Tarkov.




If I click the x about a dozen times, any program on my desktop will open and I can use it as usual. I've restarted the PC many times since this error and it still pops up. Since it doesn't inhibit any actual programs from running I am unsure what it even means, but I'd like the error to be fixed.
