Windows 10: Punkbuster Service Desktop shortcut

howdy, is there any way to create a PnkBstrA Service restart desktop shortcut, reason is since i upgraded my mobo/ram/cpu at christmas i always get the punkbuster 0 seconds issue straight away joining a server, basically every time i want to play any punkbuster installed game i get same issue so i have to run pbsvc and click test service, if connection fails i have to then restart the pnkbstra service then re-run pbsvc n test service again to make sure there's a connection before playing the games, hence a desktop restart shortcut.
win 10 x64 fully upto date, winver 1809 17763.379 n all drivers upto date
msi Z390-A PRO
CPU i5 9600k
16gig ddr4

  Go to the PunkBuster official website and FAQ page.

  Click “Here” link under “What is all this about new
  PunkBuster services?”

  Download the uninstall link. Uninstall wizard will automatically launch after that.
  
• 
  Click “Uninstall/Remove
  PunkBuster Service” radio button and click “Next” to uninstall and
  remove PunkBuster from your computer.

Desktop Shortcut Icons

The desktop shortcut created for a specific website should bear the website's actual logo. With what you've experienced, there could be something wrong with how the shortcut was created.

If you've created the shortcut by selecting Create shortcut, then we suggest that you try the other way, that is by dragging the website icon that appears in the address bar to your desktop. Follow these steps:

• Using Internet Explorer, access a website.
• Once the website opens, you will see its icon in the address bar.
• Click and drag the icon on your desktop.

The website shortcut bearing its actual logo should now be saved on your desktop.

Desktop Shortcut Icons

I tried using Edge that comes with the computer and I can see the logo you are talking about. When I try to drag it to the desktop you can see that I have it but as soon as I drop it the window opens rather than putting the shortcut icon on the desktop.
