    I didnt buy anything on microsoft, and it says this I went to buy minecraft on microsoft said that so I went to minecraft.net also said same thing, any ideas?

    PUR - unknown iternal Failure

    I have the same issue. New laptop. I get PUR-UnknownInternalFailure when I try to download ANY app from the Windows Store.

    I tried the suggestion recommended by Brian, but it didn't help.

    • Yes I have the same issue with all the movies
    • On my computer I have two accounts; admin account and this account
    • PUR Risk rejected cross region YPISFEIG +UGNGhna.8.10 (interestingly when I try to copy and paste it it comes out like this S/G1aiHDYReSrRhx.5.10)
