    Microsoft Bingo lost in game coins and tickets

    Hi, I do have a friend who is having an in game issue with the said game Microsoft Bingo.

    He mentioned that he is missing some coins in game and some tickets. Have contacted Xbox Support and they said to contact or post the issue in here. Well I have been here many times and had been directed to Xbox.

    Please help!

    microsoft bingo

    on Microsoft bingo have not been able to get free coins or tickets for months now. always comes up purchase error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but gave up. I really don't enjoy the game without them. any suggestions?

    1. I don't buy anything. (tickets, coins,etc...)

    2. to get (tickets, coins,etc...) you have to watch an ad.

    3. the ad doesn't play there for i don't get coins

    4. all it says to me is purchase error.

    5. What is the problem?

    other than problem getting (tickets, coins,etc...) the game bingo plays fine.
