Windows 10: Purchased minecraft coins not showing up on account

My son bought 3000 Minecraft coins but it is not showing up in his account. I have the receipt by email but the coins have not appeared in my account.


The transaction was 3 days ago and I can see the transaction in Billing and Payments section of my son's xbox/Microsoft account and in my parent account.


The money was supplied by me and the purchase of coins was authorised by me.


Who should I speak to get this rectified?

Hi I tried to buy Minecraft coins on order #

6495543256 on Feb 2 and again order # 9646288612 ... I received an email confirmation

for both purchases and did not receive any coins on my account. I looked at my account

on my credit card and I was charged for both purchases and I am wondering why my coins did not show up on the account. I am using Minecraft on my PC and version v1.2.9

I purchased a few things but these two transactions didn't show up can you please verify ?If you need to see the copy of my email confirmation please let me know
