Windows 10: Purchased windows 11 pro for laptop that died.

I purchased a new laptop and upgraded to windows 11 pro. the laptop display died so the unit was wiped clean and returned and replaced. Can I put that upgrade on my new laptop?

Purchase Windows Pro 11

Trying to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. When it comes time to enter credit card information, it won't let me enter my Canadian address and I can't proceed with the purchase. Is 11 pro only available in the US?? Trying to purchase through the MS store on my laptop and my credentials indicate I am located in Canada

Here's Microsoft's official steps to Upgrade Windows Home to Windows Pro (microsoft.com).

1. Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
   
2. Under Upgrade your edition of Windows, select Open Store
   
3. Make sure you’re signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase Windows 11 Pro
   
4. After you confirm your purchase, you’ll be prompted to install Windows 11 Pro and restart your PC. You’ll then be running Windows 11 Pro.
   

 

Laptop died weeks after Windows 10 Pro upgrade purchase from Windows Store

I had Windows 10 Home and purchased a Windows 10 Pro upgrade through the Windows Store. The hard drive died on this 5 1/2 year old computer and I destroyed the (encrypted) hard drive and discarded the laptop. I just bought a new laptop, undelivered as
yet, with Windows 10 Home installed.I'm currently using a 15-year-old Thinkpad, upgraded from its original Windows XP to Vista to 10. This is not the computer I wish to upgrade to the Pro version (it's too low powered). How can I transfer to the new
Windows 10 Home computer, yet to arrive, the Windows 10 Pro upgrade that I purchased for the last trashed laptop using the digital activation from the Windows Store? I understand that this is possible. Thanks to all.
