Windows 10: Python not found despite being installed

Hi all, With my recent upgrade to Windows 11, it looks like Python was uninstalled from my computer. When I tried to run a Python program with Windows Power Shell, it said run without arguments to install from the Microsoft store, so that's what I did. Upon installing from Microsoft Store though, it still says Python wasn't found. What's the problem?

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

Iron Python

This product was property of the Microsoft, this is a implementation of a Python. I have dificulty to install IronPython (API), using Visual Studio Professional 2019. How i do?

I need install the iron python on the environment.

I need 2 environment on my program. Someone can help me step by step, please, the procediments to make to install it, and, don't crash my Python System.

I need to know if the Iron Python gonna modify the system, or PIP. Or damage
