Windows 10: q w e r u i o p keys working strangely

Hi there.I have a laptop dell Inspiron 5577 and I'm having the trouble with q w e r u i o p keys on my keyboard. Sometimes it's working perfectly and sometimes it's just lagging when i press them once they're not working, but when i spam them they're starting working for some time. I also send the video when u can see that situation actually it was almost not working, but after some time it worked perfectly for like a hour. keypad keys like p,I,u,e,w not working

Hii guys

My laptop's keypad keys like

P, o, I, u, r, e, w, q, h, g, ,alt key, esc key not working

And this is happening in windows 10

Also this is not a hardware issue as I have tried external keyboard .

Plzzz help meee I got frustrated with this

Hi all, I need help with my HP zbook 15 G2, windows 10

Suddenly all these buttons

"Q, W, E, R, U, I, O, P, Right shift, Del, SL, *, 7" keep repeating like get pressed suddenly once I press any of them and also the airplane mode too ,

1st I tried keyboard tester and I found all those buttons pressed



2nd I uninstalled all keyboards and restarted

3rd I tried to use safe mode and still same

4th I tried use safe mode in cmd and still same

5th reset the windows and bios too

So I tried usb keyboard and it working well but suddenly the hassle start again

I couldn't disable the keyboard from devices manager to check if the keyboard or something related to airplane mode

Any help please?!

 

microsoft sculpt keyboard 1559 typing [p -o ]i

I could not find driver for the Microsoft sculpt keyboard. This is happening on 3 computers. I think keyboard is cording keys. Pressing 1 key is pressing two.

Here are some other keys.

q is not working

e is not working.

gr for g and r

t not working

d in not working

c is not working

hu for u and h

'o for o and '

/p for p and /
