    Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A driver compatibility issues with Windows 10


    My system is having issues with the wireless connections being dropped frequently. On further investigation by using the troubleshooter(Network Diagnostics) it seems there is a driver conflict and looks like this is a common issue. This issue is really annoying and I couldn't find a stable driver nor could I disable the windows update feature and use my last know stable version of the driver either 12.0.0.309 or 12.0.0.448.


    My system is currently running Windows 10 Pro Build 1809

    I tried running the following versions of the driver but none of these are stable.

    12.0.0.309 12.0.0.448

    12.0.0.697

    12.0.0.722 (Latest version)

    I have a brand new Lenovo 910 11 may 2017, and Qualcomm Atheros wireless network adapter that consumes 30 % in Windows 10.
