Computer keep crashing - athw10x.sys (BSOD)

Hi,

My computer keeps crashing quite randomly when i browse the internet, i used WhoCrashed to check. Here's what's found :

I know that athw8x.sys, athwnx.sys and athw10x.sys are drivers for the Wireless Adapter, and I already updated them, but i dont know what to do in order to fix this issue.

The good news is the Logitech drivers are no longer loading. The bad news is the

minidump was not helpful.

athwbx.sys dated 11/13/2013 Qualcomm Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN device driver Driver for Qualcomm Atheros CB42/CB43/MB42/MB43 Network Adapter.

Check with Gigabyte and then Qualcomm Atheros for even newer versions.
