Windows 10: Quantum Break for Windows 10 episodes won't stream

Why won't the episodes for Quantum Break stream? I have a 20 MBPS internet connection. I bought the game on the Windows Store. I was extremely disappointed when it skipped the first episode on me and trying to watch it in the menu and failing is completely ruining any willpower to play the game. No, I don't want to youtube the episodes. That's not a solution, that's an insult to a paying customer.

Quantum Break Episodes for PC - Won't Stream - No Download Pack

I have recently purchased this game for Windows 10, and none of the episodes are available as a download pack - for PC Windows 10. I see there is a download available for XBox1

Is there a way to get these for PC?

They won't stream, am I just screwed now?

I've seen lots of posts now - saying the streaming servers went down without notice around March.

I feel like without any notifications on the Store page for the base game, that episodes are now not available is really bad when it's all advertised still for XboxOne and Windows 10.

I can't get a refund because I purchased it using a redemption code, through a Friends and Family process... ( there are no refund options on the order history page )

Any options for windows people???

 

Quantum Break is coming to Steam, Windows 7 supported and boxed retail.

"We have confirmed with Remedy that the Steam version of Quantum Break will support Windows 7, meaning that the game will support DirectX 11, and will not be a UWP game. "
