Windows 10: Question about Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable

How can I determine if the program is installed on my computer? I just did a search using File Explorer and came up with no hits.

microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable this application irritatting me i dont want this application but my PC automatically downloading microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable and outher old versions also.and morever iam not insatalled this apllication
and when uninstall this application it will automatically reinstalling using internet
