  1. Question: What's the end of service date for Windows 10 version 20H2? October 21st, 2020


    Microsoft used to publish those dates on the Windows Lifecycle Fact Sheet. I need this to plan for a new PC to replace my 15" full HD touch Dell Inspiron 7558 Intel Pentium maybe in 2022. I'm already quite curious to know whether or not my current PC will run Windows 10 version 21H1 come May of 2021.

    Current status as of October 20, 2020
    Windows 10, version 20H2 is available for users with devices running Windows 10, versions 1903 and higher who manually seek to “Check for updates” via Windows Update. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel.


    Note We are slowly throttling up availability over the coming weeks to ensure a reliable download experience. As a result, the update may not be offered to you right away.
