Windows 10: Questions about downgrading drim 1709 to 1703

I need to downgrade from 1709 to 1703 since 1709 has compatibility problems with my Asus notebook ( ROG GL553) resulting in frequent BSODs. I've donwloaded the 1703 ISO from a Microsoft's source, but I'm worried about downgrading and losing my original Windows license. Also, there is any way for me to intall this without losing personal files?

Downgrade from Version 1709 to 1703

I have a Dell laptop with Windows Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.64) copyright 2017. How can I downgrade to Version 1703? I ask because I have the glitch described in this thread:

Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Installed But Computer Won’t Resume Sleep/Wake

This solution was suggested there by penguintree on Dec. 9. I already asked the above question in that thread but am disappointed that there’s no reply after 36 hours, so I thought I’d try it as a new question. If for some reason
the downgrade is not possible, I hope some knowledgeable person will explain things to me.

Downgrade from Version 1709 to 1703

Thanks, Andre. There was a new Windows update on January 6; I was hoping this might solve the problem, but no luck. However, in the follow-through a box popped up that called my attention to:

Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Installed Updates
> Uninstall an Update.

The last MS Windows update it lists as available to uninstall is number (KB4055237) on Dec. 1, 2017. I believe this was the Creators Update that caused the glitch. Is it possible that I can click on this and have the update automatically
uninstalled, instead of doing the manual downgrade you suggest? I can imagine there might complications, like 3 later updates; but if all these updates were uninstalled, would the computer automatically revert to Version 1703?

My current Version is 1709 (OS Build 16299.192)

I have a problem while I am playing PUBG and I found that windows 1703 doesnt has any problem with PUBG but when I created USB for re-install windows 10 and try to install, windows 10 version still 1709. How to downgrade 1709 to 1703 ?
