Windows 10: Quick Formatting Harddiskvolume3( aka the recycle bin)

Evening, upon trying to recover files from the recycle bin(Harddiskvoulme3) via Recuva, I got the error "failure to determine file system type". According to other forum sites, that error meant that my recycle been has been corrupted! In that case, the thread told me to quick reformat the drive. However, when I opened disk manager, the drive was nowhere to be seen.

If someone can recommend me a program if there is no way around this with a built in Windows program, that would be much appreciated.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.
