Windows 10: Quisiera saber la solucion De audio HDMINVIDIA High Definition Audio

Quisiera saber la solucion, hace unos dias Actulice mis Drivers de mi grafica de Sonido y etc, la cosa es cuando Actualice todo eso, Ya no me sale o mejor dicho no me reconoce los audifonos, y solamente me sale HDMI NVIDIA High Definition Audio, y no me sale mis auditanos, quisiera saber si hay una solucion para

I suggest you to update the driver and check if the issue persist.

Follow the steps to Update the driver and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
• Select IDT High Definition Audio CODEC on Device Manager.
• Select the Driver tab.
• Click on Update Driver.
• Select the option “browse my computer for driver software”.
• Select the option “let me pick up a list of device drivers on my computer”.
• Select the High Definition Audio Device instead of IDT High Definition" And click next.

Windows Audio Issues | High Definition Audio Controller

Thank you for your prompt response and sorry for the delayed response, the last time it was working was yesterday. I have tried the steps listed and I am currently downloading the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver. The main problem is that when trying the steps, I didn't see Realtek Audio Driver in the device manager, so that's why I am trying to download the driver. I will try to install it and respond with my results. Is there any specific section of the System Information that will be beneficial to you helping me?

Your PC should have an audio card device driver installed, is the Microsoft high-definition audio controller the only audio device listed on your PC, please provide a screenshot of that section in Device Manager.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
