Windows 10: r key problem

The r key in my keyboard is doing things that I did not set up it to do. When I am in window explorer, sometimes if I press "r" it will go to reload the page. And when I am in word, sometimes the "r" key will take me to the "go to" dialog. It doesn't hapen all the time and I still can't find out the pattern yet. I can't find anywhere this hotkey functions have been set. And it is the same when I connect the keyboard to different computers. So it must be the keyboard itself. I have tried the mouse and keyboard center but nothing there seems to help. Anyone has this experience?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and check if the same issue persists:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter.
