Windows 10: R9-6900HX doesn't have DX12 Ultimate in Windows 11 24H2, how to enable it?

Hello, my laptop's CPU is AMD R9-6900HX, and its GPU is AMD Radeon 680M. In Windows 11 Version 23H2, it support DirectX12 Ultimate in report of dxdiag.exe, and the feature level is 12_2:but after upgrade Windows 11 Version 24H2it reports DirectX12 Ultimate is not be supported in dxdiag.exe,the feature level is also change to 12_1, why? I have try clean install Windows 11 Version 24H2, the issue is still there.how to enable DirectX12 Ultimate in 24H2?

DirectX is enabled by default in Windows 11 if your graphics card supports it.

For DX12 ultimate, that is only available on a few of the latest graphics cards, open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, what device(s) do you see in there?

hello! im having issues with my new Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-77YH and the DX12 ultimate. it says it is disabled and i can’t find a way to enable it, i tried looking for updates but it says i already have everything updated.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".
