    Radeon 6450 and latest 1803 feature update


    My old machine is HP P6007 with onboard Radeon 4200 graphics on the mobo and an MSI Radeon 6450 graphics card. It was working fine with initial release 1803. I was away last week and the latest feature update caused my display to be very pixelated and unusable. I fixed it by removing the graphics card and doing a clean uninstall using the AMD software. Next reboot it updated the driver for the onboard graphics and worked fine as long as I was using the onboard graphics. Any attempt to install the graphics card is met with pixelated display and errors as soon as it installs the driver. For now I’m leaving the graphic card out. Any ideas or thoughts?

    Radeon HD 6450 update problems.

    I would love to find a fix for this and hope I got the right sub forum.

    The update when smoothly, I updated my windows 7 64 Radeon HD 6450 drivers to windows 10 64. I restarted my pc then I got to the login, it was scrambled. mostly blue with white lines than rebooted, it will cycle in a boot loop. I cannot pin point if the
    update caused this or if something else did.

    I cannot roll back the driver in safe mode to see if that will help.

    I am at a lost at what to do besides rolling back to 7 which is what I did.
