    Radeon z1300/x1550

    I'm having the same problem as well. I get an error message when I try to upgrade to windows 10. It says there's a compatibility issue with Radeon X1300/X1500. I've gone through all the steps listed by Karthica_R to no avail. Wondering if there's a workaround.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    • What is the current build and version of your Windows 10? To check, press the Windows key, type
      winver, and press the Enter key.
    • Did you install an update on Windows 10 or this is a newly installed Windows 10?

    Meanwhile, we suggest that you check this
    thread     and kindly perform the steps given by
    ErwinJames San     and see if there will be any changes on your graphic card.
