I have been having costant crashes and I tried every possible solution but none worked. I think that the problem is one of my two memory sticks. I tried to do a memory diagnostic on them using one at a time. When I boot up the pc with one of the two it goes into a loop of crashes memory management, kmode_exception_not_handled, But if I go to the memory diagnostic logs of bot sticks they say they didn't have any errors. I don't know what to do, should I change the memory stick?

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. To RAM or not to RAM...

Hey genesis what hardware have you bought, you might be able to save on the ram and step up the rest of the hardware a little...

Or you could go out on the town as suggested... *Big Grin Ram Problems :D

    Hi,

To better assist you, please answer the questions below.

    • What is the full specifications of your computer?
    • Which type of RAM are you trying to install?
    • Have you checked if the total RAM is detected in the BIOS?
    • Have you tried installing just the 8 Gb RAM and see if the system detects it?

We suggest that you contact the computer manufacturer for information on how to enter the BIOS and how to set the default settings. Also, you can ask them if there is an available update for the BIOS.

We're looking forward to your response.
