Windows 10: Rambler.ru

Hello, so I have reviewed the thousands and thousands of emails regarding hacking and rambler.ru. I also understand this is a Microsoft community and not Microsoft themselves. The common problems that I see as a non-tech person is simply once the email is changed you are SOL. So why isn’t it more difficult to even change that email? again, perhaps I’m being simplistic. I understand This is not a person, but malware. But there’s a person behind the malware somewhere. Not trying to be disrespectful but isn’t it a matter of the best hacker wins and so far Microsoft is losing the battle.?
