Windows 10: random black screen + Dumpfile

o I have this problem for a while. When I play games my screen goes black randomly and than I have to restart my pc. I already upgrade my HDD to 2 SSD's and the 16 GB ram are only 3 days old. I had this "black screen problem" also before then.

reinstalling updating or downgrading drivers didn't do anything so I think there is something wrong with my hardware setup maybe somebody here can help me out.



Latest news: Bought the RM650x and it still does crash when I play game on high its a almost instant crash (in 10min) and on low it crashes but like every 2/3 hours. What this "crash" means is that the Monitor goes Black and stays black until i restart the PC with a power sequence.

Motherboard: ASRock Z77 pro 4 (bought from somebody else for like a cheap price of 50 euro's)

CPU: Intel I5-3470 3.20Ghz ( don't know the age)

RAM : D3 16GB 2133-9 RipjawsZ K4 GSK (not even 1 week old) Upgraded because of the crashes I had 8 GB RAM around 4 years old

GPU: AMD asus RX 470 (newly bought, 3 years old)

PCU: Crosair RM650x (NEW 3 hours OLD) Upgraded because of the crashes I had a: Sharkoon WPM500 Bronze (so 500 watt)





I do have a dump file but I have no idea how to read this. I tried a bluescreenview software but there isn't really any information in it.

Random Black Screen

Re-installed Catalyst 8.35 drivers (from the original cd) - no luck. Still getting the random black screen.

Method 1: I suggest you to update the Display drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.
