Please run sfc /scannow again and post results.
Open administrative command prompt and type chkdsk /x /f /r
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.
Post the results using the information in this link:

Were you able to use control panel to uninstall the Dell application/software and then reinstall the application from the Dell website?

The event log is loaded with event ID 225 so we need to have a close look at the hynix_SC210 drive

  3. Were you able to use control panel to uninstall the Dell application/software and then reinstall the application from the Dell website?
No I used uninstaller found where the service resided and then re-installed from the Dell site.

The event log is loaded with event ID 225 so we need to have a close look at the hynix_SC210 drive

Okay, I have no idea what that is either.

The results of the sfc /scannow are the same:
    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Do you want the log files?

I am going to run chkdsk now and will post results to that in the morning.

Once again, thank you for all of your assistance!

    1) Please find a flash drive that you can format.
    2) Create a bootable windows 10 iso: Download Windows 10

  5. I just installed this copy of Windows 10 from a bootable flash drive. I need to have the Enterprise version however. So I use that one. I used that same drive on another computer this week and no issues. I had these same issues when this machine had windows 8.1 installed on it. I am completing the steps you have listed, but it seems to be behaving better now since deleting and updating that video driver. I will send the rest of the information then we can move forward with a new install again if needed.

The prior DM log collector had bsod mini dump files from 8/28 and 8/29.
The current DM log collector has no bsod mini dump files.
It is unclear why they disappeared or were no longer collected.

    Download and install each:
Bluesecrenview: Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.
Whocrashed: Resplendence Software - WhoCrashed, automatic crash dump analyzer

Run the bsod software and post results into the thread.

For whocrashed in addition above analyze is tools. Click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT > post the results into the thread.

Run the DM log collector after the above and post a new zip into the thread.

Using the method in post #8 post a new memory.dmp file into the thread.

When the sfc /scannow was repeated it displayed integrity violations.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) sfc /scannow
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

If the scannow again displays that it found integrity violations that indicates that there is something that is repetitively interferring with the operating system /registry. It was only temporarily fixed by dism restorehealth.

If this happens again on the above run of scannow and restorehealth plan an in place upgrade repair:

  13. random BSOD issues multiple times daily

I tried whocrashed but was not able to use the software as I am joined to a domain. I will run the other as soon as I can, but it might be next week as the worker needed his laptop back (even if it is crashing) for a trip he has to take on Thur-Fri. So I won't have it back until Monday. But I will run all of this as soon as I get it back.

Thanks for all the help to this point.
