  1. Random BSoD

    Hello,

Using windows 10 and last week I decided to upgrade almost my entire system and I realized that I have been getting a lot of BSoD over the past week ever since I did the upgrade, usually one or two per day. I begun looking into the issue and applied some things such as running chkdsk, sfc scanow and driver updating like chipset, GPU and running iobit driver booster to update any other drivers that might have escaped me. But the above solutions yielded no results and I kept getting BSoD, I reinstalled windows 10 from two different USB flash drives and problem kept persisting. I couldn't also find where the problem was coming from as it happened when my computer was doing heavy loads like playing a newer PC game like Resident Evil 7 or an older title like Driver San Francisco or Insurgency or even during light usage like using a browser watching videos and browsing the web and even when the computer was idling.

So after removing and inserting my hard drives and most of my PC components like the GPU, RAM and etc. I decided to run a driver verifier test to see what was causing the issue and I got this result and the computer won't boot until I turn off driver verifier, currently writing this post in safe mode.

    DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION

    What failed: logi_audio_surround.sys

I hope that I have finally found a solution to the problem and would like to know if I can somehow fix the driver so my headset G933 works with the computer or if I should replace them and finally be able to use my computer in peace.

I have included the minidumps, computer specs and a text file with all the BSoD stopcodes I have gotten over the previous week of tormentSome of the stopcodes come from my previous attempts of installing windows 10 and will not have a minidump, I am very sorry for this and I hope you can figure out all the problems with what I have given you

Thank you very much for your help in advance,

    John

    :)

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

    Sorry, Bitdefender is a problem: BSOD BAD_POOL_HEADER - mwac.sys - Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Help - Malwarebytes Forums

    Random BSODs "Bad_Pool_Caller"

This BSOD happens anywhere, irrespective of BitDefender. It takes place even when the antivirus is MSE in case of Windows 7. The most common cause is an expired trial or a cracked installation. Some examples:

We are on our way of troubleshooting. If the uninstallation and reinstallation does not work, we will take the next step.

I, in general, know what I am doing and what I am suggesting. If I feel that I am unable to control the issue, I will definitely ask for help.
