    Uninstall the HD Tune software.
Open administrative command and type: chkdsk /r
Run this overnight as it may take many hours.
The report will be in the event.vwr
Use the information in this link to find the report and post the results into the thread:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

When available please post images of:

    Seatools:
    S.M.A.R.T. - pass
    Short generic - pass
    Long generic...
Just after I started long generic test, my screen shifted to the right by about 1cm, I saw a black stripe on the left side, Seatools stopped responding. Few seconds later my HDD stopped spinning (in Power options HDD is set to never turn off, PC is connected all the time). About half a minute later HDD started spinning again and screen went back to normal. I closed Seatools and tried again - now my screen went black with some random pixels blinking on the 1st line from the top, I had to restart my PC.

I wanted to run chkdsk for the night, but few minutes after chkdsk started running I got BSOD and my PC restarted. I checked event viewer, nothing from chkdsk or winint.

Yes and I don't see the option to change it in BIOS anywhere.

During the Windows upgrade period some the windbg debugging commands are no longer working so some of the dumps were not able to be fully analyzed. This last dump displayed a misbehaving driver:

iaStorA.sys Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver Drivers & Software XP
When you boot the computer are you able to boot to the desktop?
    Are your files backed up?
Had you made an image of the drive?

    1) Make a brand new restore point

    2) Make a backup image of the drive with Macrium:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free

    3) Place the backup image on another drive, or into the cloud.

Sometimes Macrium is unable to make a backup image and displays an error on a failing drive.

    Let us know your progress.

Due to the provided results of the hard drive tests, there is a good chance the hard drive is the culprit. I recommend to replace it.
