Windows 10: Random Computer Restarts

Not sure why this is happening, but for about 2 months now my computer has been restarting entirely on its own. At first I believed it was routine system updates that were just causing normal resets during install, but then about a week ago, and just 45 minutes ago, it happened again. Once while writing an email, and just now while just... sitting at the desktop. I'm not sure what information I should give, so if anyone could let me know the necessary files to attach here so I can get some help, it would be greatly appreciated

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
