Windows 10: Random crash and restart during general use, Event ID 1001, Bugcheck: 0x00000116

Can someone help me with this problem? I recently purchased an HP Omen 30L PC with an NVidia RTX-3080 graphics card, and lately it has been randomly restarting during general usage. I went into This PC, Manage, Event Viewer, Windows Logs, System, and this is what I found under "General":"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffdb0628171010, 0xfffff802669919e4, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP.

EVENT 1001 - BugCheck - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

Lately my computer has been restarting out of nowhere at random times, doesn't show a BSOD it just black screens and restarts.

This is the error that shows on eventviewer:

and the critical error is:

Event 41, Kernel-Power

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The two instances I remember it crashing was when playing a game and when downloading a file.

Haven't made any changes into hardware/software lately.

Windows 10 bugcheck every few hours with event id 1001

Unfortunately, I have now had a further two bugcheck reboots with event id 1001.

The event text is:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffd0006a879760, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 092615-4281-01.

On both occasions I was running VMWare Workstation 12.

Please can someone with the necessary tools inspect the MEMORY.DMP to find out what is going on?
