  1. Random extra keyboard layouts

I've been experiencing this weird ass bug where I just get extra keyboard layouts for no reason. Right now I only have 1 language option (English) with 2 keyboard layouts (English and Latin American Spanish) but when use win+space to switch layouts, extra layouts are added. Right now, I have 3 extra spanish layouts for no reason. Any fixes to avoid this from happening? It gets dumb annoying...

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

    Hi Panupong,

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
    • Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
    • Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

Let us know if the steps above resolved your issue.

Random extra languages/keyboard layouts installed automatically on Windows 10

I'm running Windows 10 on a Surface pro 3 (i5/256gb version), and various random languages and keyboard layouts appear in my language bar, and when I cycle through keyboard layouts using WinKey+space. I'm living in Japan, so I mostly use the US, UK and Japanese
inputs. My primary "keyboard" is the TypeCover (in case that might be relevant).

I had this problem already in the stock install of Windows 8, but decided to ignore it since I had only two "extra" languages (German and Spanish).

The problem persisted with an update to Windows 10, and got significantly worse after installing the "Anniversary Update" last week. Now I've got Swedish, Portuguese, Bhasa/Indonesian, Turkish, Dutch - and yes, German and Spanish are still there.

I have tried going into language preferences, and manually uninstalling each of the surplus languages (then rebooting, etc). They keep coming back.

Any advice on how to get the extra languages removed permanently would be most welcome.

    thanks in advance!
