Windows 10: Random Restart On New Build

Greetings, friends. I recently put together a new system (RTX 3090, AMD 5900X, Seasonic 850 PSU, X570 MB) on a Windows 10 Pro system. Everything is new, including M.2, and RAM).

I'm not getting a BSOD, but I am randomly restarting, so I'm concern it may be a hardware problem. The 1st time it happened was after I ran a Heaven benchmark. It completed, but shortly after exiting the program, my system restarted. Afterwards, I ran some benchmarks on select games, but the problem didn't repeat itself, so I couldn't really see if there was any power spikes.

Moments ago, I had a restart while typing up an e-mail. No blue screen or error message in either restarts. How do I begin troubleshooting this? I attached the report.

• How new is this computer you are using? Can you tell us what is the current version build of Windows 10 you are using?
• Have you recently done an update on your computer before this random restart occurred?
• Have you perhaps added a new application or installed a program on your computer prior to this?
• How many times did it randomly restarted already?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Hardware failure or system instability can cause the computer to
randomly restarts. As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter on your computer and check if it fixes the issue. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems look for
  Power.
• Then Run the troubleshooter.
