Windows 10: Random Window 10 Memory Management BSOD

Hi, my PC in last 3 months randomly received Memory Management BSOD error. Its really frustating. I already tried using Windows Memory Diagnostic but cannot found any error. When I check Event Logs I found this error details:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x000000000000003f, 0x0000000000081019, 0x00000000a4f04a07, 0x000000002d07fade). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e530ea42-044e-4ae9-8a26-ca3ebf6f5202.


Unfortunately MEMORY.DMP file automatically deleted since my C:\ is lest than 25GB.


BTW I think this symptom begin after latest Windows update.

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

 

Random freezes and BSOD crashes with code MEMORY MANAGEMENT


Ok, I managed to get it working.
It performed 9 tests on the sole 8 GB RAM slot I have. 9 passes, no errors. So RAM is not faulty after all..

So, what is the next step in investigating the BSODs and random freezes?

ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

If you are using a built-in webcam, then, update the webcam driver and check if that helps.

• Press 'Windows key + X' and choose 'Device Manager'.
• Under 'Imaging devices', right-click on the webcam driver and update the driver.
