Windows 10: Ransomware and CompatTelRunner.exe

Discus and support Ransomware and CompatTelRunner.exe in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I enabled ransomware protection with controlled folder access on my computer.     I enabled ransomware protection with controlled folder access on my computer. It has blocked CompatTelRunner.exe several times.


    Why would it do this? Should I do anything about it?
