Windows 10: Ransomware Removal

Hi!My senior-aged father fell for a scam. He got a fake email from Geek Squad saying he owed them money. He called them as the email directed and even went as far as to give them remote access to his computer. Yes, I have scolded him for doing this and he swears he won't do it again. So now, they installed something on the computer that changed the Windows login password and demanded money to remove it. I tried to use the Windows Password Wizard and it did not work. It kept giving me an error. I pulled out his hard drive and put it into an enclosure and connected it to my computer to try and r
