Windows 10: Rasman distributedCOM

Hello, I have another BSOD just hoping to get some professional help from yll PROs, I was not worrying about it the first time (oldest Bsod) and I noticed a few new crash reports on the first BSOD I was doing updates and ,had to do a restart and after the restart it bluescreened me and restarted again but after that it seemed ok but I have newer events and w\need you O wise one to look over the crash reports Thanks

I would suggest you run a test of your memory, the recent crashes suggest memory corruption.

Note



MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

 

OK I'm on it thanks for the tips I will test this ASAP

 

OK I ran the memory check and set it and forgot it as you can see it has done a memory check

Guess I need to know what's next

Also I have looked up the specs on this motherboard and I do not see a 780 mhz I do see 1600 which I feel this installed memory is 1600

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

It looks like your memory is OK.

Your motherboard should have a BIOS update available which may help, your BIOS is dated from 2014, I think there is a newer 2015 version.

 

Sorry for breaking in, but I found a few things:

2. There are disk/filesystem errors in eventlog:

The manufacturer may not have supplied drivers for W10 but usually if you select "Win8 64bit" those drivers will work fine.

The latest BIOS is always the best one to run and for this you do not need to specify the operating system although the manufacturer should be able to tell you if the motherboard supports W10, this is usually found on their FAQ page.

If you think there may still be errors on your disk you should run the CHKDSK command

 

it has wim10 on the computer , I have downloaded the bios file and when i go to bios to select the update file it is not recognized by the bios i was going to try the live update on the bios

i have just run a chkdisk and it showed few error it says to run chkdisk /scan

 

Live update should automatically check for new BIOS and pick the right one.

A more thorough check for the hard disk is HDTune:
